As of February 19th, 2008, "AI Game Programming Wisdom 4" is shipping. It is the latest book in this excellent series from Charles River Media. If you haven't picked up the books in this collection, I would highly recommend you do so. I was impressed with these books long before I wrote for them. In fact, I am using a number of techniques from them in my own projects. It is an honor to be included in the same pages with the authors in AI Wisdom 4 and the other books in the collection.
This installment contains my debut contribution as an AI writer entitled "Multi-Axial, Dynamic Threshold, Fuzzy Decision Algorithm". Not only does this article contain a description of the actual algorithm concept, but the CD that comes with the book contains the code itself. Like many of the entries in this series and the "Game Programming Gems" books, the code is designed to be dropped into your projects. I hope you find the MADTFDA useful.
